When my sister tagged me in StyleGenie‘s Facebook post, I was immediately hooked. I have never heard of them before but their promise to choose and give you stylish outfits for only PHP 899 sounded like a good deal. To top that, celebrity stylists will be the one who will personally choose the outfit for you.
Without thinking much of it, I purchased their Surprise-Me Basic Box for only PHP 899. The lavender box arrived and I instantly fell in love with how sturdy it looked. When I opened it, there goes my wedding guest dress! It was an exact copy of what I had in mind.
Inside it was this beautiful thick skirt and black top. I don’t want to show it and wear it on me yet as the wedding will be this coming May but it looks like this:

I should win the Stylish Outfit by StyleGenie because I’ve always wanted to take a risk when it comes to my fashion style but never had the courage to do so. By joining this giveaway, I’d be able to check off two items that I wanted to do before, 1 is to take a risk in fashion and 2 is to not be afraid of change. I’m excited to see what Stylists think of me when it comes to fashion!
I’d probably wear it at the office or on dinner dates with friends and my boyfriend. Or probably mix and match it with the other clothes on my wardrobe!

My work place doesn’t have a dresscode, so coming in wearing shorts and a flops isn’t a big deal. This is what I prefer too, but clothes don’t get big with me. Need help with clothes that would fit my now fluffy me without the fluff being too obvious. T-T

I think everyone is in to fashion. I mean, not everyone of us likes to be in trend but everyone of us has a sense for fashion, we know what we want to wear. As a person who took BS in medical technologist in college, back then I don’t have time for fashion, because what we wear in the hospital is scrub suit and a pair of plain white shoes. In my days off, if I go out, Ill just wear tshirt that is a little too big for me and jeans. But now Im aspiring a career in the fashion industry, I am currently studying fashion styling. For me, winning one of those boxes will help me alot towards building my career. I will wear it in my first client meeting as a fashion stylist.
